Kelly Lucente & Associates is
pleased to announce the addition of Nicole Maurer to
the Kelly Lucente & Associates team.
Nicole brings to the team high energy, great
enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic. Research being
one of her strongest suits, Nicole will be
responsible for staying abreast of current local and
national market trends as it pertains to the buying
and selling of existing real estate and new
construction trends.
Nicole’s work experience includes positions with
Target Corporation interacting with some of the
world’s largest manufacturers including: Gillette,
Procter and Gamble, Kimberly Clark and Johnson and
Johnson. She also has a background in retail
management with one of the most recognized clothing
stores in America. In addition, she has had the
opportunity to work with the Minnesota Vikings as
well as Rocco Altobelli Salons.
Nicole is very well connected in the performing arts
including her time spent as an actress, dancer,
model, and vocalist. She has had the opportunity to
perform locally as well as in New York, Paris, and
parts of Ireland. She has also worked as a dance
coach and choreographer. Nicole has volunteered her
time to aspiring dancers and has offered little
girls the opportunity to experience the wonderful
art of dance. These young women can look to Nicole
as the perfect role model due to her commitment to a
healthy lifestyle and hard work.
Nicole grew up in North Branch, Minnesota where she
graduated from high school with highest honors as a
“Student of Distinction”, with a 3.99 GPA.
Graduating from the University of St. Thomas in less
than four years, she double majored in both Business
and Psychology. Currently attending the University
of St. Thomas School of Professional Psychology,
Nicole is seeking to obtain her Master’s Degree in
Psychology which she hopes to apply in the field of
real estate.
